The villagers are outdoing themselves.  We had budgeted to supply materials for 100 latrines, and as of today, 50 are finished and 50 are under construction.  Please note that each family was supplied the same materials to build the base of their latrine.  The buildings themselves were designed and built by each individual family.  Thus the plethora of potty productions.
